Bamboo Straw

Bamboo Type: Wild Bamboo, Scientific Name (Bambusoideae)

Composition: Made with a species of mountain bamboo that also grows in certain parts of Costa Rica in its natural state, without going through any type of processing. They are 100% natural and biodegradable; a unique product of guaranteed quality.

Bamboo preparation process:

•  Bamboo cane is cut
•  Then it stays 12 hours in chlorinated water, and then it is washed with a lot of fresh water.
•  Then disinfected in boiled water for 90 minutes.
•  Then placed on shelves for natural drying (Sunlight)
•  Then it is sanded and performed a cleaning check inside and outside the bamboo straw and packed as suggested by the customer in paper bags.

Safety of bamboo: It is not recommended to reuse it by some type of fungus that is formed due to the drinks for which the bamboo straw is used.
